OUR POLICY ON TREATMENT PLANS & QUOTES
- Our practice policy is to give patients complete information about the cost of their dental care before any treatment is undertaken. We provide a treatment plan and estimate for each course of treatment. Our prices are clear and transparent – you will always know where you are regarding treatment costs and when to expect them. All items to be paid are included in the quotation and on the invoice issued at the time of payment; we have no hidden costs.
- We include in the treatment plan and the corresponding quotation all treatments that the doctor considers medically justified.
- We always tailor our treatment plans to meet individual needs. In each case, we aim to offer more than one treatment alternative with different price ranges and technologies. We will only make medically based recommendations, and if you have any questions, we will be happy to help you at any time. We will make suggestions, but the final decision is yours, considering your needs and possibilities.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose from the following options when you settle your dental fees.
- Payment in cash (EUR, Euro, €), at our reception, after every treatment – the best and cheapest payment method for you.
- Payment by credit card on the spot – a simple and secure transaction. We accept Visa and Maestro cards. Please note that we do NOT take American Express credit cards. If you choose this method, please ensure that there is no daily transaction limit lower than the amount you wish to pay. Our payment terminals will automatically deduct the sum of the invoice in euros, not in Hungarian currency, Forint (HUF). So, you do not face any loss due to the exchange rate.
- Bank transfer in advance (deposit) from your home country - secure transaction. You will need to transfer the exact amount of the invoice issued in euros from your account.
- Please also note that our clinic does not accept cheques!
Additional information regarding payments
- We request that accounts be settled at the end of each appointment, and for more extensive courses of treatment, we will request payment at regular intervals through the treatment period. We may also request a deposit for treatments that involve laboratory work to cover these costs.
- For treatments involving dental laboratory work (e.g., prosthodontic procedures), you must pay at least 50% of the planned procedure's cost before the treatment starts. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, the total amount must be credited to our bank account by the day of treatment. The remaining amount and other treatment fees will be settled immediately after the visit(s).
- If you request, your oral surgery will be performed under general anaesthesia or sedation with a short-acting sedative (e.g., Dormicum). In this case, we will settle the bill with you before the procedure. This is in your best interest, as the sedatives/medications used may cause temporary memory loss, drowsiness, slowed reaction times, and concentration difficulties.
GUARANTEE
- We take pride in having a low incidence of corrective maintenance and also being transparent and showing the full details of the terms and conditions in a way that is clear and easy to understand. Please find out more HERE!
