Transparent Pricing and Treatment Planning

  • We believe our patients should always have a clear understanding of what to expect – both clinically and financially.
    For this reason, our pricing is fully transparent and itemised in your written treatment plan. There are no hidden fees at Profident.
  • Each treatment plan and quotation covers all procedures your dentist deems clinically necessary.
  • Where appropriate, we also provide alternative treatment options in different price categories or using different technologies.
    Our team is happy to explain every option in detail, helping you make an informed decision that best suits your needs and expectations.
  • Please note that all treatment plans are indicative, as unforeseen circumstances or findings during treatment may affect the final cost.
    If any such changes occur, your dentist will always discuss them with you in advance. 

Payment Options

  • You can settle your treatment fees by cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer (for advance payments).
  • We accept payments in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and Euro (EUR).
  • Accepted cards:
    Mastercard • Maestro • Visa • Visa Electron • V-Pay • Revolut
  • Prices listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) apply only to patients with a Hungarian residential address.
    Patients travelling from abroad under our dental tourism programme are charged according to the Euro (EUR) price list.

Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable after each appointment for the treatments completed on that day, except for laboratory-based procedures.
  • For prosthetic or laboratory-based work (e.g. crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers), a 50% deposit is required before treatment begins.
    • This deposit can be paid in person (cash or card) or via bank transfer, ensuring the full amount reaches our account before the date of treatment.
    • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final restoration.
  • For oral surgical procedures (including implant placement, bone grafting and sinus lift), the fee must be settled before the procedure. This is in the patient’s best interest, as medications used during the procedure may cause temporary drowsiness.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by calling +36 1 342 2546 or emailing [email protected].

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notification, a €20 fee per 15 minutes of reserved time will apply.
This also applies if a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, preventing the treatment from being completed as planned.
